I hope all is well, I just wanted to send you a letter of thanks. I have been impressed with your team from the very first call in placed on June19th. The person that answered the phone was very helpful and understanding. She quickly realized the urgency of our request and responded accordingly. The first crew showed with in a couple of hours to start the emergency clean up. The packers and movers had things taken care of in flash. We were able to provide them with pallets and the forklift to assist them in moving the boxes from the front of the building to the container in our back lot. We were very thankful and appreciative. Sean was on-site right away and explained everything that was going to take place. His friendly demeanor and knowledge were unsurpassed. He was able to provide me with more information about the insurance process than the insurance people did. The crew that you had in for the tear out were a super bunch of guys. They were friendly and professional while having fun working with each other. The camaraderie among them was a pleasure to watch. The restore folks were great as well. Danny was pleasant and professional, he really knows his stuff. The guys that did the drywall and molding fit in like they were a part of our team, always with a comment about something funny.
As you know we had some other work being done at the same time your group was here. The difference between the two groups were day and night. Your group was outstanding.
We are more than pleased with the quality and workmanship of your work. I am so very happy that we chose ServiceMaster Restore to help is in our time of need.
You are a great group of people that have to deal with people and situations at their worst. Your company's level of professionalism and work ethic are second to none.
In closing I would like to personally thank you Chris, your attitude and warmth was truly the difference it makes between a great experience like we had and a bad one.

Let me start by saying my wife and I are fully satisfied with the work completed by your team at my home. Customer satisfaction must be a key company measurement for a firm that supplies services. I would rate the service we received a 9.5 out of 10 on the work done at my home. Both myself and my wife are pleased with the end result and how we got there. (9.5 is about as high as I give as there is always room for improvement).
People make the difference. Maurice and Pat were the coordinators and did a good job at ensuring that our needs were met and we were satisfied.
First on the job was Anita and the movers. They quickly assessed the situation and began to remove everything out of the basement. They were very efficient, organized and customer aware.
Matt Palmer was assigned to remove the old sink and cupboards (which had been there since the 50's but soiled) and installed the new sink, not as easy a task as it might sound. Matt did a good job.
Jeff Langille was then assigned to replace the gyp-rock, do the crack filling, the painting and any other general repairs required to see a completed job. I found Jeff to be very efficient, effective, customer focused and pleasant to deal with. He also has a very good understanding of the overall job. When I asked for a change he would direct me to Maurice for approval. He never said no but did make me aware that Maurice understood the overall budget and would have to be consulted. Jeff did exceptional work.
Matt and Jeff were extremely professional in their work. This was most noted in the cleanliness of my basement when they finished the day. My wife was impressed each time she went down stairs at how and clean things were.
Everything in it's place and all swept clean. This shows a high degree of pride of workmanship and made me feel I had quality workmen on the job.
Please pass our thanks to all involved with this restoration.
